JET2026 will be only on-site.
Registration Method
- Registration must be made through the online event platform Eventhub. Please register via the [Registration] button at the bottom of this page after reviewing the information below.
- Due to the payment system, only credit card payments will be accepted (VISA, MasterCard, American Express).

- Registration is not required for the faculties, the invited speakers/panelists/moderators and the JET OPEN presenters. Further details will be informed by e-mail in the middle of January.

- Students and residents are required to bring a certificate of employment signed by the head of their institution or a student ID card.
How to Proceed with the Registration
- Click on the “Registration” button below and access the Eventhub ticket list page.
- Select the appropriate ticket (0 to 1 in the pull-down menu) and click “OK”.
- Fill in the required information and click “Next”.
- Fill in your credit card information and click “Purchase”.
- After completing the payment, registration completion email will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
How to Issue the Receipt
- Click on the “My Page” button below and access the Eventhub login page.
- Log in with your e-mail address and password to My Page.
- Click the registrant's name displayed in the upper right corner of My Page, and select “My Tickets”.
- Click on “Receipt”.
Cancellation of Registration
Please note that no refunds will be made for any reason after payment has been made.
Handling of Personal Information
Your registration information will be used only for providing services in accordance with the purpose of Japan Endovascular Treatment Conference (JET).
All personal information will be strictly managed with the necessary security measures in place.
